- Produce solutions that meet specified needs with consideration of public health, safety, and welfare by utilizing the techniques, skills, and modern software engineering tools within the scope of the SDLC process.
- Analyze, design, and manage the development of a computing-based system, component or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints in one or more application domains
- Identify and apply appropriate SDLC techniques, testing models, processes and practices appropriate for the software development of a project.

Communication - Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration program will be able to demonstrate effective communication skills critical to the development and maintenance of internal and external relationships utilizing communication theory, tools and technologies proven most effective for the situation and organization.
